Once you’ve chosen your puppy, we’ll issue a purchase contract outlining all terms, health guarantees, and delivery conditions.

To secure your reservation, we require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Our team will send you our official PayPal address via email for your deposit payment.
Once the deposit is confirmed, your chosen puppy will be exclusively reserved for you, and the preparation process will begin.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your puppy’s departure.

Your puppy will undergo:
• A complete veterinary health examination
• Vaccination updates
• Export health certificate issuance

We will then proceed to:
• Prepare international export documents
• Book a safe and certified international flight

This process typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on your country’s regulations, airline availability, and the puppy’s condition.

Once your puppy’s flight is booked, we’ll provide:
• Airline and flight number
• Customs pick-up guidance for your country
• Photo & video updates before departure
• A real-time tracking link, when available

Flight durations vary from 4 to 16 hours. Delays of up to 2 weeks may occur due to airline conditions, weather, or puppy size.

Your puppy will arrive at your nearest international airport cargo terminal or designated import zone, depending on your country’s regulations.
Please bring your ID and any required import documents.

If you need local broker support, our team can help connect you to customs agents in select countries.

Covered (within 1 year unless noted):
• Contagious diseases: parvo, coronavirus, distemper
• Congenital diseases: brain, heart
• Death within 7 days of arrival
• Pneumonia within 48 hours of arrival (up to $500 compensation)
• Congenital skin conditions (within 2 weeks; up to $500)
• Dental issues causing eating difficulty (within 7 days; up to $1,000)
• Flight-related accidents (fully covered by Mongloo)
• Rabies-related compensation (valid for 1 year)
